A 19th-century process, still practiced today. Each tintype is made by hand, in real time. No duplicates or filters. Just light, chemistry, and an experience worth remembering.

Studio
Starting at $85
4×5 Tintype: $85 (up to 2 people)
10×10 Tintype: $200 (up to 5 people)
Studio sessions are photographed in a controlled setting in Phoenix or Greeley using the wet-plate collodion process. Each portrait is lit against a backdrop to create a clean, subject-focused image.
The studio environment is especially well suited for families, children, and group portraits where a more controlled pace helps achieve a stronger plate. Each tintype is hand-poured, developed on site, and made as a one-of-a-kind object..
Events
Starting at $500/hour
Bring the wet-plate collodion process to your wedding, party, rodeo, corporate gathering, or special event. Tintype sessions can be structured in different ways depending on the experience you want to create — from high-energy pop-up portraits for guests throughout the evening to slower, more intentional portrait sessions for couples, families, or VIP attendees.
Typical events accommodate approximately 2–6 tintypes per hour depending on plate size, setup, and portrait style.
Minimum booking: 2 hours
